COOTS ON TOWNLAKE 16X20 2001

A fun day surrounded by babies, mothers, and puppies. This is an idyllic spot on the trail where Barton Creek merges into the Colorado River. Hundreds of Coots, ducks, geese, turtles and swans wait to be fed. Dozens of miniature artists came and cooed at me working. There was a musician, a park fixture, serenading the crowd from a rock ledge. I am sure there are hungry birds and musicians still there as I post this entry 17 years later.
