Waiting for my train to leave Barcelona. Though I was looking forward to France, I was sorry to be departing Spain. I was craving the produce of the provinces. I had my fill of pig and fried potatoes. I thought this a fair parting image of Columbus and Spain. This was Isabella's monument to the man that conquered a continent. Below him another kind of monument to Henry Ford, which proved to be just as "earth" jarring. You see the world differently when touring as a pedestrian. I could feel my vision and perspective changing.
