Hakuna matte. Hiking into this baobab tree was a phenomenal experience. They are enormous. Frequently growing with a hollow core large enough for thirty people to shelter from the weather. I embraced this goddess of nature prior to seeing the Lion King. For good reason, she is called the tree of life. Boabab trees provide food, shelter, medicine, clothing, and countless other necessities. This tree still bore scars from decades past when elephants stripped its bark for calcium. This was one of the most amazing organisms I have encountered in my life.
