My studio for 7 years at Artigiani Galleries, was near the intersection of Shepherd and Westheimer. Mark Lincoln ran the place and occupied the front space. Everyday was a party with pot provided all day long. Everybody worked hard and played hard. Slackers were invited to leave. It was a fun, special place and time in my life. I worked a day job until 3 and then rushed to Artigiani. I would paint until late and on weekends. It was my base camp. It kept me sane. The car was Marks. The Palm we planted.
