This was a protest piece after a grueling review from a member of my graduate review board. The professor told me the work was excellent but thought I needed a lesson in humility. He was probably right. In four years he did not complete a single piece. I should not have put him on my committee but pickings were slim. The subject is Greg Monroe with a plaster cast Venus de Milo, and reflection. The view is of their backs which was representative of my relationship with the art faculty.
